Draw my Pad
This warranty is provided to you by Draw my Pad. Upon proof of purchase and subject to the terms and conditions of an additional warranty, your game controller may be repaired or replaced by Draw my Pad. Please read this warranty carefully. This warranty is not transferable to a third party. By using your game controller, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty shall be your sole remedy. All legal, national, or provincial remedies available to you are not affected by the terms of this warranty.
This warranty is offered to you to ensure that our game controllers are free from defects, malfunctions, or failures. At our expense, we will either replace, repair, or offer a full refund of the price paid for your game controller, in accordance with the terms of this warranty. This warranty does not apply to game controllers not purchased directly from Draw my Pad .
How long is the warranty : The warranty for a controller is 180 days (or 6 months) subject to certain conditions explained in this warranty.
Please return your game controller to us, including a copy of your proof of purchase in the package with your game controller. You are responsible for any costs you may incur in transporting your game controller to our workshops.
If your game controller fails within 14 days of purchase, your game controller will be replaced. If it fails within 180 days of purchase, your game controller will be repaired, or if more than 180 days ago, the total cost to repair or replace your game controller will be your sole responsibility.
Repair or Replacement – After receiving your game controller and payment, if necessary, it will take us approximately 10-12 business days to repair (excluding special repair) or replace.
Once your game controller has been repaired or replaced by us, we will reship it to you, at our expense, to the address provided when you purchased the game controller, unless another delivery address was provided when returning it to the workshop.
What to do if your warranty has expired?
If your game controller is not covered by the warranty, you are responsible for paying one hundred percent (100%) of the cost to repair or replace the game controller. Once we receive your game controller, we will inspect it to determine the cause of the defect, malfunction, or failure. After completing our inspection, we will contact you to inform you of the total repair or replacement cost. If your game controller is not covered by the warranty, it will not be repaired or replaced until we receive payment from you.
If you are seeking a repair, replacement or full refund of your game controller under the terms listed above, please send your game controller to us, using a trackable delivery service, with a copy of the postage receipt as proof of purchase.

Causes for cancellation of the warranty.
This warranty will be void and will not apply if a defect is due to:
- Evidence of tampering, including, but not limited to, an attempt by you or a third party to open, disassemble, remove screws, customize, modify, or repair the game controller
- Exposing the game controller to extreme temperatures
- Commercial use of the gamepad, except as authorized by Draw my Pad
- Exposure of the game controller to various fluids or other forms of moisture
- Connecting the game controller to a power cord that exceeds the rated tolerance for the controller.
- Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic changes that alter the gamepad from its original condition.
- Repairs or modifications to the gamepad not completed or authorized by Draw my Pad.
- Damage or unreasonable use of the game controller.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the warranty service provided, please contact our representatives. You may be asked to complete documentation detailing your warranty issue. Once we receive the appropriate documentation, we will review your request. Our representatives will contact you to inform you of the outcome of our investigation and to inform you of the actions taken.
You must use this process before taking any warranty claim or action.
This warranty will not be modified or added to in any way by other terms and conditions not included herein. Unless changes are required by law, the terms and conditions of this warranty are governed by French law. As a user of a game controller, you declare that you have read, understand, and accept the terms of this warranty and you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained herein. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, region, or country.
