Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days, which is your right of withdrawal. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Our gift cards and products created in the customization modules are non-refundable as they were created at the customer's own request.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

• • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed as a credit note and a credit equal to the amount of your order will be automatically sent to you.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

To return your product, you must mail it to 174 allée de Riottier, 69400 Limas.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location. After that, after-sales service is processed within one week.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All our controllers are official and are guaranteed by us for up to 6 months after purchase in the event of a defect or technical problem.

Please note, however, that if the controller has been dropped or liquid has been spilled on it, your controller will no longer be supported.
