These general conditions are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, unless otherwise agreed in advance, expressly and in writing.
Draw my Pad may modify some of these provisions at any time. These modifications take effect as soon as they are posted online and will be applied to orders placed after this posting.
Draw my Pad considers that by validating his order, the Internet user has duly read the conditions and accepts them without reservation.

The Draw my Pad website offers several payment methods to facilitate the payment of your order:

• Payment by credit card: Draw my Pad accepts payment by Carte Bleue, Visa , Mastercard and E-carte bleue. In order to validate the payment, the user must indicate the name of the cardholder as well as the card number, its expiry date and the cryptogram appearing on it (3-digit code allowing transaction security)
• Paypal Payment: For users with a Paypal account, Draw my Pad allows them to pay for their order without having to provide their bank details. The user is then automatically directed to their Paypal account to make the payment.
• Payment in 3 installments without fees by credit card, with 3 identical monthly payments each separated by 30 days.
• Pay in 4 interest-free installments with PayPal over 3 months. You can view and manage your payments from your app.

The Draw my Pad website uses one of the most advanced security systems available today. The site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which provides optimal protection for all sensitive payment data.

Draw my Pad never has access to the user's banking information. This is why they will be asked for this information with each new order.

Personal information and data are necessary for order management and to improve business relations with the user. Draw my Pad is committed to protecting the privacy of the user visiting its website and guarantees the confidentiality of their information. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms, the user has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

Delivery will be made to the address clearly indicated by you when ordering.

If you make an error and return the package, we will charge you the shipping costs again.

In the event that you do not receive the package within the required time and conditions, the unclaimed package will be returned to us.

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will contact you by email to offer you a new delivery. In the event that the package has been returned to us for a reason attributable to you (unclaimed package, incorrect address, etc.), you will have to pay new delivery costs before any new delivery. We will then inform you by email of the procedure to follow for the new delivery of your package. If you do not request a new delivery within 7 days of receiving our email, we will then be able to put the products back on sale without your order being refunded, in whole or in part, and without our liability being incurred in this regard.

All our products are made and assembled to measure in our workshops in France with the help of our subcontractors.

Orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours – then allow 48 hours for delivery by Colissimo in mainland France.

For deliveries within the European Union, allow between 5 and 10 days, and between 10 and 15 days for deliveries outside Europe.

The Internet user is responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of the information provided to Draw my Pad when registering and placing an order. Consequently, Draw my Pad cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the Internet user's delivery address. Draw my Pad has established some rules regarding the customization of products. The following content is therefore not permitted on Draw my Pad: Any text or image that infringes intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, and publicity rights.
– Any text or image containing obscenity, pornography or nudity that is not of an artistic nature.
– Any text or image that encourages or glorifies the consumption and abuse of narcotics.
– Any defamatory content.
– Any content deemed harassing, threatening or otherwise harmful.
– Any hate speech
– Any content considered discriminatory based on race, ethnic origin, nationality, sexual orientation or disability.
– Any content that violates any law or encourages anyone to break the law. Any products deemed unacceptable under the rules set out above or deemed offensive in the sole judgment of Draw my Pad may not be manufactured. In the event that such a product is manufactured, however, Draw my Pad cannot be held responsible for any consequences that may arise from the use of this product.

Every Consumer has a right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article VI. 47 of the Code of Economic Law, provided that the following conditions are met. In accordance with this right of withdrawal, the Consumer has the right to decide to cancel the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the day following delivery of the product. The Consumer is not required to pay any fine or compensation, nor does he have to justify his decision to exercise his right of withdrawal. However, Draw my Pad appreciates receiving feedback from you in order to improve our services. If the Consumer validly exercises his right of withdrawal, Draw my Pad will promptly reimburse the Consumer in the form of a credit note, and certainly within fourteen (14) calendar days. In any case, no fees will be charged for the refund. Attention! If the Consumer has chosen a payment method that differs from the cheapest standard method, these additional delivery costs will not be refunded.

Please note that in the event of a version error in the choice of one or more accessories by the consumer, no refund can be made.

Please also note that no withdrawal will be accepted if the model is ordered via one of the customization modules. As this is a creation on demand, no refund will be possible.

The Draw my Pad website and all texts, images, sounds, videos and, in general, all elements contained therein are the exclusive property of Draw my Pad, its related companies or third parties.

These contents are protected by copyright. The databases appearing on the Draw my Pad website, produced by Draw my Pad, are also protected, in accordance with the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 on the protection of databases. The Draw my Pad website may also incorporate protected distinctive signs such as trademarks, company names, or trade names.
