Focus on the controllers: discover the behind-the-scenes creation
To celebrate the release of Anno 1800 on next-gen consoles (PS5 and Xbox Series S/X), Ubisoft commissioned us to create custom PS5 controllers featuring the game! A great project to support Ubisoft teams around the world. Draw my Pad took part in this video game release and created, with the help of the Ubisoft team, the Anno 1800 controller. And we must say we're all proud of it!
With a fully re-customized front shell and colors that fit into the game's DA, this PS5 controller completely takes up the codes of Anno 1800, historical and graphic. On the touchpad we see the game's logo as well as numbers ranging from 1/23 to 23/23. This is indeed the number of controllers that are available in the world! A very limited custom that a lucky person had the chance to win thanks to the competition published on the Ubisoft Twitter account.

Learn more about the Anno 1800 game
Some of you may not be familiar with the game, or may only be vaguely familiar. So here's a quick recap.
Anno 1800 is a real-time strategy and management game set in the era of the Industrial Revolution, developed by Ubisoft studios. Initially released on PC in April 2016, Anno 1800 is back on consoles since March 16, 2023! For this release, players had the opportunity to try Anno 1800 for free from March 16 to 23, 2023. It was during this limited event that we launched our range of personalized PS5 controllers in the image of the game. It was also on this occasion that Ubisoft set up a competition on its Twitter account to allow a fan of the license to win one of our controllers!
